FAQ

Questions and answers.

Short, honest answers. Your question isn’t here? Just message us.

How much does an appointment cost?

Remote support costs €69 per hour, on-site service €89 per hour. We bill a minimum of half an hour, then in 15-minute increments. Travel within Norderstedt is free; outside Norderstedt by arrangement. All prices are final prices – in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged. The 15-minute initial call via WhatsApp, phone or video is free.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

The fastest way is WhatsApp at +49 1556 6283194 or email at info@anbridge.de. We reply within 4 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm, excluding public holidays). Only these hours count: an enquiry sent at 4 pm will be answered by 12 noon on the next working day at the latest. A reply means a response with the next steps – not that the problem is already solved within that time. WhatsApp is optional; you can always email us instead.

How does remote support work?

After a short conversation, you start a secure remote support connection. We only access your device with your explicit consent, and you can see on your screen what we are doing. As soon as the work is done, the session is ended. Permanent access only exists if we explicitly agree on it as part of Managed IT.

What is the IT check?

The IT check for small offices costs €179 (fixed price). We look at your network and Wi-Fi, your backup, the update status of systems and devices, and passwords and access. Afterwards you receive a short written recommendation: what matters now and what can wait. Whether you have anything implemented afterwards is up to you.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can book us for individual jobs and only pay for the time actually needed. If you want ongoing support, you can additionally agree on Managed IT – we then define the scope and tasks together in writing. A small start is possible; the scope can be extended later.

What happens when you are on holiday or ill?

Anbridge is a one-person business – we say that openly. We announce holidays in good time and inform existing customers in advance; the 4-hour reply time does not apply during that period. In case of illness and in urgent emergencies, we help as quickly as possible but cannot promise a fixed response time. So that nothing depends on one person’s memory alone, we document your IT environment clearly and provide the documentation to you on request.

Do you also work for private customers?

Yes, gladly. Our focus is on small businesses – but we are just as happy to help private customers, at the same prices. For example with PC or laptop problems, Wi-Fi, printers, backups or setting up new devices.

Which area do you cover?

On site, we work in Norderstedt and Hamburg. Travel within Norderstedt is free; outside Norderstedt by arrangement. Remote support is possible regardless of location.

Not sure what you need?

Together we’ll get an overview of your current IT and work out which services make sense for you.
