Do you also come to Hamburg?
Yes. On site, I work in Norderstedt and Hamburg. Travel to Hamburg is by arrangement; within Norderstedt it is free. Many issues can also be solved remotely – regardless of location.
What does managed IT mean?
Managed IT means that I look after your systems continuously and proactively – instead of only stepping in when something stops working. Which systems are covered and which tasks recur regularly is agreed together in writing. A small start is possible; the scope can be extended later.
How much does IT support cost?
Individual jobs: remote support €69 per hour, on-site service €89 per hour, billed for a minimum of half an hour, then in 15-minute increments. The IT check for small offices costs €179 (fixed price). I offer ongoing support (Managed IT) individually after a short review. All prices are final prices – in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged.
How does remote support work?
After a short conversation, you start a secure remote support connection. I only access your device with your explicit consent, and you can see on your screen what I am doing. As soon as the work is done, the session is ended. Permanent access only exists if we explicitly agree on it as part of Managed IT.
