Yes, gladly. My focus is on small businesses – but I am just as happy to help private customers, at the same prices. For example with PC or laptop problems, Wi-Fi, printers, backups or setting up new devices.
How much does computer help cost?
Remote support costs €69 per hour, on-site help €89 per hour. I bill a minimum of half an hour, then in 15-minute increments. Travel within Norderstedt is free; outside Norderstedt by arrangement. All prices are final prices – in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged. The 15-minute initial call is free.
Do you also come to my home?
Yes. On site, I work in Norderstedt and Hamburg. Travel within Norderstedt is free; outside Norderstedt by arrangement. Many problems can also be solved remotely – without an on-site appointment.
How does remote support work?
After a short conversation, you start a secure remote support connection. I only access your device with your explicit consent, and you can see on your screen what I am doing. As soon as the work is done, the session is ended. Permanent access only exists if we explicitly agree on it as part of Managed IT.
